Shipping Policy

At the time of checkout, you’ll be able to view all available shipping methods and their associated costs.

We currently offer shipping within Canada only.

📦 Shipping Rates:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

  • $12 Standard Shipping (Canada Post, Chitchat, Sendle) for orders under $100

  • $25 Expedited Shipping (Canada Post, Chitchat, Sendle), available upon request

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status.

📅 Estimated delivery time:
Please allow 5–14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • You may return or exchange your item in-store, provided the same conditions are met.

❗ Final Sale Items:

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • All Figures

  • Items considered intimate or hygienic, such as socks and character hats

  • Sale items (discounted or promotional)

📨 Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at info@treehousetoys.ca.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
